As the proud owner of Stretch-n-Grow of Brevard since 2002, Michelle Jarnigan has dedicated her career to promoting fitness and wellness among children. Stretch-n-Grow of Brevard has had the privilege of partnering with elementary schools, preschools, and community centers to offer fun and engaging sports, fitness, dance, and cheerleading classes and camps. In addition to fun fitness programs, Stretch-n-Grow has also incorporated nutrition education and creative play through healthy cooking, crafts, and slime camps.

These programs help children build confidence, develop healthy habits, and enhance strength, flexibility, eye-hand coordination, and motor skills. Michelle has had the honor of serving the families of Brevard County and making an impact on the health and well-being of thousands of children.
